The phone number I have been using for my ongoing problem has been busy for days (866-618-7716). How can I speck with tech support?
I was given another number, 866-800-8092, but the wait is always over 30 minutes. I waited on thje phone for an hour and a half before giving up. Do you have another phone number for residential use? This pretty rediculous. I have gone many months now with the poor operation and it is getting worse. Who wouldI call for a refund?
