Every time I call a company for Tech. Support someone answers the phone the bearly speaks english and there is always so much background noise you can never hear them,Is there anything that can be done about this I ask if there is a different person I can speak to and they always disconnect me is this an outragous request I word it as gently as possible.That I am having difficulty hearing them, I do not mention I can not understand them.Unless they become rude.
